Parents, guardians and community members are invited to an evening presentation by Rachel’s Challenge, a national anti-bullying program, at the Highlands School in the old gym at 6:30 p.m. Nov. 13. There is no charge to attend. The program is brought to Highlands by Gilliam’s Promise.
