The Nantahala Hiking Club will take a 2-mile easy hike Dec. 16 up an old road to Mud Creek Falls with an interesting old bridge at the trail head. Call leader Joyce Jacques, (410) 852-7510, for reservations and a meeting place. Visitors are welcome, but no pets please.
