Highlands Chamber of Commerce will host the annual chili cook-off from 6:30-9:30 p.m. March 9 at the Highlands Community Building. To enter to compete with your chili, cornbread or salsa recipe, contact Jennifer Smathers at 526-2112 or email visitor@highlandschamber.org. Tickets to the event are $20.
