The Highlands SmokeHouse is owned and operated by Charlie Hyland and Josh Drake. We proudly make 95% of our products in house, smoke our own meats, and make our own rubs and sauces. Our pastry chef spins homemade ice cream and all of our desserts are made from scratch.
We feature live music, have 5 HD flat screens, and a full bar serving liquor, beer, and wine.
