About 60 racers from all over the country, and the world, traveled to Highlands for the 16th annual Special Operations Adventure Race (SOAR).
Car enthusiasts, hobbyists and daydreamers alike flocked to Kelsey-Hutchinson Founders Park Saturday for the 10th annual Highlands Motoring Festival.
It was a busy Memorial Day weekend as Highlands kicked off the summer season, and some shops around town felt the swell of summer foot traffic a little more than others.
Visitors on Main Street this summer are sure to see some of Highlands’ finest strolling along the sidewalks or pedaling their way through town. They’re not just doing it for their health.
